Administrative Department

Managing the work of a hotel is not easy. Not to mention carrying out the Alfredo Gottardi Training Center’s day by day, with its 220,000 square meters. The TC’s management is responsible for providing all areas, making the decisions needed for the perfect functioning of the hotel, and for the training development of all the atleticano’s soccer categories.

Forty three people work under the management’s coordination at the Training Center. The employees are divided in six sectors: external maintenance (11 people), industrial laundry (5 people), general maintenance (6 people), security (11 people), janitorial (9 people) and TC’s management (1 person).

Besides the day-by-day nonpostponable emergencies, the management department also takes care of the discipline of the athletes who live in the TC. Everything must work according to the rules. Inside the Training Center, there are schedules and procedures for the athletes.

One of the great concerns of the Training Center’s management is the harmony of the relationship between the people who work there. All departments are well mingled, and people get along, which ensures better professional outcome and life quality for everyone. Another area which deserves special care is maintenance. Those who visit or spend their time in the TC know that the buildings, gardens, lawn and everything else are well taken care of.


SERVICES

Caju CT’s General Management:


1) External Maintenance (11 people)

• Five training fields


• Gardens (220,000 m²)


• Equipment: tractors, mowers, pulverizers, sand spreaders, soil aerators, etc.
• Advising by an agronomist three times per week

2) Industrial Laundry (5 people)


• 40,000 pieces per month


• Washing training, game, hotel and other apparel (clothes of the residents)

3) General Maintenance (6 people)

• Preventive Maintenance – painting and different modifications
• Corrective Maintenance – hydraulic, electric, building and development of hotel and training equipment

4) Security (11 people)

• Day time – TC’s security and support to the training
• Night time – guests and assets monitoring

5) Janitorial (9 people)

• Hotel – hotel services (accommodations), constant cleaning, reception, etc.


• Toboggan (mini-stadium) - hotel services (accommodations), constant cleaning, reception, following up games, locker rooms, general facilities and stadium chairs.

 



6) TC’s Management

• Monitoring of international agreements (management of the entire process involving the foreign committees in the TC)
• Permanent monitoring and planning of all the departments connected to the TC
• Issue of control reports (phone calls, food, laundry)
• Sports material – reporting the need of materials (annual), distribution to categories (professional and basic), annual report of transactions
• Support service for soccer categories (professional and basic) – dispatching of documents, drivers’ monitoring, travel monitoring
• Day-by-day emergencies.
